🚫 No Return, No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products (live seeds and plant materials), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.
Seeds are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions, so we cannot resell or reuse returned packets. Therefore, all sales are final.
🌱 Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at truegardeningofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product received.
We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send a replacement at no extra cost.
